Why was MIC born and partner representative programme established?

It became clear in 2011 that demand for additional registered nursing staff and experienced health care from NHS healthcare trusts private healthcare hospitals was increasing steadily, with no foreseeable change.

We are all aware of The Francis Incident and Inquiry. The Francis Report had not yet been published then, but the expected outcomes were fairly clear: more nursing staff were needed to ensure patient safety.

The recruitment market was becoming depleted as NHS trusts increased their establishment and commenced major recruitment drives for both registered nursing staff and experienced health care assistants, and opened doors to overseas registered healthcare professionals to gap the nursing staff shortage.

As a result, the nurses, lawyers, business managers and healthcare assistants grouped together and formed a board.  This Board agreed to develop an initiative in the Health Service and also agreed make a substantial investment in a “grow your own programme” primarily to help healthcare Organisations such as NHS Healthcare trusts who were struggling with shortage of nurses and excessive agency use for registered nurses and healthcare assistants.

By being a consultant and representatives of your organisation, we agree to uphold your organisation’s reputation by providing an efficient and honest service to all of our clients.

Our Aim

Our primary objective is to maintain high standard by ensuring that the advices, training and the guidance that we offer would prepare candidates for the critical role they are expected to fulfil. People’s safety has always been our priority.

Many students who come for consultation are looking to continue their education at one of the UK’s universities. our advisors are able to offer advice on general application processes and procedures for British Council approved IELTS academes in the UK.

We aim to make it easy for candidates who are going to migrate to an English-speaking country (UK) for academic study or professional recognition to meet specific pre-registration standards and competencies to become a successful registered nurse, midwives, or a student in the UK.

As each professional field of nursing is examined by NMC UK test of competence, IELTS is a requirement, part 1 is also a subject oriented computer based multiple choice examination and part 2 is a clinical structured practical examination to test the pre-registered nurses or midwives UK competency standards.

We aim to continually give 100% Delivery Guarantee- to deliver service within an instant turnaround to ensure that all our offered candidates will join their academic course schedule or employment in the UK within the agreed time frame.

We aim to represent all of our education academies and healthcare organisation partners in a way that is professional and reflects the high quality of the teaching, learning, healthcare values and Positive Attitude to all our service –users.

We put potential candidates through a rigorous selection process
